Families must adhere to church attendance requirements for at least three months prior to school starting to qualify for any discounts. They must also continue fulfilling the church attendance requirements throughout the duration of the school year, or they will be placed in the proper tuition bracket.

If paid after August 1st, $25 per month per student will be billed with tuition for a 10-month period for a total of $250 per year.

If the first payment is not received by August 30, your child’s place may be forfeited to those on the waiting list.
Tuition for new enrollments is not due until the child/children have been accepted into the school.
Students who enter school after September will have their tuition figured on a pro-rated basis.

Aug-1 | Deadline for payment of full tuition with 8% discount.
Aug-16 | Parent Orientation after evening service
Aug-19 | Registration Deadline. All students will need to be registered for school by Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
If they are not registered by this date, they may not be able to start school until Monday, September 14, 2026.
The reason for this is to be prepared for all students in each class.
Aug-21 | Elementary (K-6) Supply Fee/Secondary Locker Fee Due
Elementary Supply Fee | $30 per year, per student K4—6th grade (There are no multi-child discounts.)
This fee covers all basic supplies such as paper, pencils, pens, crayons or color pencils, a notebook, and a pencil box.
Parents may be asked to purchase additional supplies for subjects like Art.
Secondary Locker Fee | All junior high and high school students are required to either purchase a locker for the price of $80,
or they may rent a locker, which they will share with a student for $40 per year.
Those who decide to purchase a locker may use the locker as long as they are enrolled in school.
